Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about GEO services, pricing, cooperation process and market selection, find answers here
GEO Basics
What is GEO? How is it different from SEO?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) focuses on accurate brand presentation and citation opportunities in AI search answers. SEO helps pages be discovered; GEO builds on this to help brand facts be correctly understood, verified and organized. They are not either-or choices; mature SEO foundations still apply to AI search experiences.
Can GEO guarantee being cited by ChatGPT or Gemini?
No. Third-party platform and algorithm displays are not fully controlled by any service provider. We commit to clear scope, verifiable delivery, transparent reporting and continuous optimization recommendations, improving information quality and chances of being selected.
Does adding Schema alone get into AI answers?
Schema helps systems understand content structure, but is not a switch for ranking or citations, and must be consistent with visible content. The real key lies in brand entity consistency, whether content directly answers questions, and whether facts are verifiable.
Is llms.txt a required file for Google GEO?
No. Google Search official guidelines state they ignore this file; it neither increases nor decreases search visibility or rankings. But we still provide llms.txt so other AI models can learn about our services.
Do more FAQs make it easier to get rich results?
FAQs can help users, but Google stated in 2026 update records that FAQ rich results are no longer displayed, should not pile up Q&A for display effects. Content should serve real user needs rather than algorithm guessing.
Service Scope & Delivery
How is the specific execution scope of each package confirmed?
The formal proposal will clearly state target markets, languages, topics and content quantity, public execution scope, delivery timeline and reporting content. After project completion, we provide all finalized content, accessible links and execution status.
Can I get content creation without distribution?
Yes. Entity mapping, query research, English/multi-language content, localization and technical optimization can all be customized independently. Formal quotes will be adjusted based on work scope.
Can I specify countries, languages or publication dates?
Yes. Please specify target markets, languages and deadlines during consultation. We will first evaluate review cycles and feasibility before confirming delivery schedule.
How to continue optimization after project completion?
Phase reports will point out entity conflicts, content gaps, index status and brand query performance. You can execute internally or continue to commission us for monthly or quarterly iterations.
Pricing & Quotes
Are the prices on this page the final total cost?
These are USD reference prices. The formal proposal will clearly state target markets, languages, review, timeline, delivery scope and total cost before launch; scope changes will be confirmed with you first.
Can I do just one country or one language?
Yes. We will determine the minimum viable scope based on business priorities, then reserve reusable facts and expression foundations for future expansion.
When will I receive the first batch of deliverables?
Standard validation proposals typically provide first batch deliverables within 7–15 working days after materials are ready. Regional and global projects will confirm timelines in formal proposals.
Why do prices differ by region?
Regions, languages, material completeness, professional review and delivery timelines all affect final scope. Price differences come from market complexity, not arbitrary pricing.
Cooperation Process
Is the first consultation free?
First requirement communication and preliminary direction judgment are free. When complete audit, research or written strategy is needed, we will first explain scope and cost.
What is the minimum budget?
Single market validation plan starts from $1,000 USD. Final price depends on target markets, languages, content readiness and execution complexity.
Can I start without ready English drafts?
Yes. You can provide Chinese materials, product demos and fact materials, we organize English or local language content. Clients need to review professional facts and business statements within.
At which points do clients need to confirm?
At minimum including fact baseline, content finalization, language versions and formal execution scope. Core facts will not be published externally without confirmation.
What if content is rejected or execution fails?
We will explain reasons and prioritize modifying content or changing to equivalent execution paths. Rules involving refunds, redo or replacement will be written into formal project agreements.
Market Selection
Should I start with one country or cover multiple regions at once?
If the brand is just starting to go global, we recommend prioritizing one market with highest commercial value and most mature existing resources for validation. When there are already multi-region sales, clear release milestones or complete brand materials, then consider regional or global solutions.
Can one English version cover all markets?
English can serve as a global fact baseline, but may not cover local users search habits and decision contexts. We will judge which regions deserve independent language versions based on budget and market priorities.
Can I start without a local language team?
Yes. You provide Chinese or English fact materials, we complete localization drafts and quality checks; for highly specialized or regulated industries, clients should arrange locally qualified experts for final review. This service does not constitute legal, financial or medical advice.
